I suppose I have been absent in the way of reporting my adventures, state and otherwise to all the people in my life. I am taking the time today to do some much needed reflection on the past few months. Although I've been in touch with most of you, there has been a lot that went unsaid, mostly because I did not know what to say.
Let's start with the obvious question that has been hard for me to answer since I returned to Canada. How was your trip? I realize now that the question was impossible to answer because I didn't know the extent to which that experience had changed me. As I reflect on my findings of the last couple of weeks, it is hard to believe the shift in perspective that I've embraced.
A reminder that the things we see every day can always be looked at in a different way. A square rotated 45 degrees looks quite different - in fact we call it a diamond. This blog is dedicated to adventure and the life-long learning initiative.
